Who we are
Heavenly Bowls was founded by a family who grew up on fields, courts, and in gyms. We understand firsthand the power of fueling your body well.
As lifelong athletes, movement and nutrition have always been at the center of our lives. From competitive soccer and collegiate play to years of coaching and training, our family has experienced how the right fuel supports performance, recovery, and everyday energy. We built Heavenly Bowls with that same philosophy in mind: simple, fresh ingredients that taste incredible and leave you feeling your best.
What started as a shared love for health, sport, and community turned into a vision: create a space where vibrant açaí bowls bring people together. Whether you’re finishing a workout, meeting friends, or grabbing something nourishing on the go, we’re here to serve food that supports an active lifestyle.
Heavenly Bowls isn’t just a business for us, it’s an extension of how we live.
Meet the Faces Behind the Business
Sydney
Sydney Long’s journey blends athletics, artistry, and service. A former multi-sport athlete, she found her stride in competitive sand volleyball with Ohio Valley Beach, building discipline and teamwork that continue to shape her path.
She later pursued her passion for music, theatre, and education, discovering the arts as a powerful way to inspire and connect. Her commitment to service, rooted in Girl Scouts and strengthened at Badin High School, continues today through mentoring students and chaperoning service trips.
Sydney earned her music education degree from Marshall University and worked as an educator while also serving with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hamilton. Grounded in a belief in holistic wellness, she encourages others to lead with purpose, serve with heart, and make a meaningful impact.
Rob
Rob Long has dedicated his life to athletics, beginning his volleyball journey at a young age and continuing through a successful collegiate career at Ball State University and professional beach volleyball on the AVP, FIVB, and MPVA tours. With a passion for developing athletes, he founded Next Level Beach Volleyball Club to give junior players—especially young women—the opportunity to train, grow, and reach their full potential in the sport he loves.
During his time training athletes in California, Rob discovered a love for açaí bowls, appreciating both their refreshing taste and the way they fuel performance and recovery. That experience, combined with a personal health setback that forced him to step away from competition, deepened his understanding of the importance of nutrition and intentional living.
Today, with over 25 years of coaching experience, Rob is known for his commitment to helping others succeed both on and off the court. His journey has shaped a purpose-driven approach to coaching, centered on growth, resilience, and empowering athletes to live strong, balanced lives.
Paige
Paige Long has spent her life as an athlete, playing competitive soccer with Cincinnati United Premier before continuing her career at Trevecca Nazarene University, where she competed for five years.
Through years of training and discipline, she developed a deep appreciation for fueling the body, not just for performance, but for everyday life. Her passion for health and wellness extends beyond the field. She believes that what you put into your body shapes your energy, mindset, and ability to live fully, an idea that inspired
Heavenly Bowls. Heavenly Bowls was created to make nourishing, high-quality food both accessible and enjoyable. Rooted in community and intentional living, Paige’s vision is to help people fuel their bodies in a way that supports the life they’re meant to live.
